Graham trained in the Otago campus, New Zealand in professional cookery. He has been the winner of New Zealand’s most prestigious professional cookery competition and has an impressive background in his home country. Graham’s talents quickly took him from apprenticeship in Southland, New Zealand to Head Chef of the Pavilion Restaurant and HMS Kings Restaurant. Invercargill.
Some time ago, Graham brought his culinary skills to Australia, initially working as Head Chef at the Performing Arts Centre, Brisbane. Graham is now Executive Chef at the Flinders Golf Club, Victoria. The Club, situated on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsular, is a highly regarded destination for events and functions, as well as catering for golf members.
