Jason Corneby is currently Executive Chef, Lord of the Isles, Geelong, Victoria.
Jason started working in restaurant kitchens in 1995 working through the ranks
to Executive Chef at the multi ward winning Lord of the Isles Hotel in Geelong.
Having spent time at Nautilus Restaurant in Port Douglas and Le Parisien
Restaurant in Geelong Jason left to work in the United Kingdom and spent his time there
at Simon Rogan’s 2 star restaurant, Lenclume in the Lake district.
On Jason’s return to Australia he took up the position of Executive Chef, Lord of the Isles. Each year as part of Jason’s duties, he hosts the much anticipated Penfolds Grange release dinner of the year. This includes a food matching for the Penfold’s portfolio including the year’s Grange release. Jason plays host to many of the countries elite food critics on this evening.
