Voted as AHA Best Pub Chef, Mitchell Davis made a huge impact at Eastwood’s Landmark Hotel. A pub with humble history Mitchell quickly put the venue on the foodie map with great steaks and outstanding burgers.
Today Mitchell Davis is Executive Chef for one of the country’s most successful hotel groups, The Lantern Group.
The Lantern Group includes: The Dolphin Hotel, Commodore Hotel, Bowral Hotel, General Gordon Hotel, Uncle Bucks Hotel and Cairns Courthouse Hotel and others!
