Nic Raffo began his career in hospitality at age 14, working at my mums cafe in Brisbane. “Although I had
always cooked with my family, my skills and mind were quickly sharpened when thrown
in the deep end of a professional kitchen.”
Nic is now Head Chef at Eclectea in Sandgate. He is one of the youngest
chefs in Brisbane to be running a kitchen.
Says Nic, “I believe that you are only as good as your last dish and that mindset has done
wonders for my career.”
