After completing his apprenticeship and working his way through the ranks of various restaurants, Steve was appointed Sous Chef of the iconic Jonahs Restaurant at Whale Beach, New South Wales. From here Steve spent four years as Head Chef at The Clareville Kiosk. The Kiosk had been a Sydney Morning Herald hatted restaurant during his time at the venue. For the past nine years Steve has held the position of Head Chef at the exclusive Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club. The RPAYC overlooks Pittwater on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
