Alannah has been cheffing professionally for the last fifteen years, with the majority of this
time spent in 4 and 5 star hotels in Sydney and Canberra.
Allanah trained at the Hotel School in Sydney, and was accepted to apprentice at the
Intercontinental Hotel Sydney.
After stints in various hotels, including acting as Food and Beverage Manager,
Melbourne’s food scene finally called. Alannah recently accepted the role of
Executive Chef at the Veneto Club Melbourne, focusing on Northern Italian cuisine in
bistro and large scale functions.
The Veneto Club combines the history and region specific produce of the Veneto
region of Italy with modern techniques. Large scale cultural events and food festas
are a signature of the Club
